What we collect

When you fill in the consultation form, we receive what you type: your name, phone number and email, your relationship to the person who needs care, the type of care and area you're considering, your timeline, and anything you write about your loved one. That last part may include details about their health, memory or mobility. Only share what you're comfortable sharing; the message field is optional.

This site does not set cookies and does not use advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs, such as the address a request came from, to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

We use what you send us for one purpose: to contact you and help your family find the right community. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

When you ask us to arrange a tour or an introduction, we share the details a community needs to prepare for your visit, such as the level of care you're looking for. We don't pass your information to a community you haven't asked us to contact.

Who handles it

Form submissions are delivered to Gary by email and kept in his mailbox. Two service providers process data on our behalf: the company that hosts this website and the company that delivers the form emails. Both only handle it to provide those services.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we're helping your family, and afterwards in case you come back to us. If you'd like it removed, email us and we'll delete what we hold about you.

Children

This website is meant for adults arranging care for a family member. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Questions or requests

To ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email us or give us a call. We'll reply within one business day.
